Great for piece of mind bit has some minor connectivity issues. But it does let you know when it isn't connected so you are always safe.
When you turn off through app and clip is still in it will turn itself back on and alarm when my wife is feeding.
This product provides so much reassurance and gives you a good nights rest! Being a first time parent you tend to worry about everything, so being able to have the app on your phone that alerts you to any abnormalities with their breathing, temp and body position is the best! I highly recommend!!!
Loving this so far! Have been using it for my newborn for a week now and love that it allows me to get things done around the house without having to sit by the bassinet and visually monitor her chest movements. As first time parents, hubby and I are loving this product. My only concern is sometimes when I remove it, baby's skin seems a little bit red but she is a mover so not sure if that is just friction from her leg thrashing. Other than that, no complaints. The clip is a bit thin and would be easy to break but that's probably to be expected in such a small convenient product. Love the size, baby doesn't even notice it is there. Sleep analytics sometimes is a bit inaccurate...will say she is asleep when she is clearly awake, and Visa versa. Not sure why.
For it's price and the peace of mind it gives you, I definitely recommend it. It is very sensitive and accurate in all other areas, and I love the user interface the app has. The price is spot on. Worth every penny! Have recommended this product to friends. No false alarms yet! Out of all the wearable monitors I went for this one because it has such low EMF compared to ones such as the Owlet Smart Sock. The Snuza Pico seems safest.
In summary, this is the perfect product for any worried new parents.
I’m very concerned about infant EMF exposure and its untested ranging health effects on formative tissue and DNA. There would appear safety standards but, like the telecoms industry, they are outdated and unproven on infants and children. There continues to much evidence to support the health dangers. I would NOT recommend any wireless devices near infants.
The Snuza has been great to provide piece of mind that bub is safe. Some false alarms but they are far between. Very accurate temperature measure - first to pick up on bub having a fever so we were able to get medical attention sooner!
