I have this in tan and I'm in love with it. No, it is not very thick, but it's an open cardigan and you are going to layer underneath so why would you want it thick when your pregnant anyway? So far I've worn this with thick and thin layers depending on how cold it is and it goes with everything I have. I recommend this if you're looking for a great versitile layering piece.
