Medela's range of PersonalFit Breastshields allow mothers to choose exactly the right breastshield size for them to ensure maximum comfort and efficiency whilst expressing milk. The PersonalFit Breastshield Kit is available in five sizes to accommodate all nipple sizes from small to XXL.

• The medium (24mm) is the standard breastshield size included with Medela breast pumps. Please note PersonalFit Breastshields cannot be purchased separately and are only available as part of the Kit which includes the connector.
• If you have a Medela Freestyle Breast Pump, you must use the Medela Freestyle Connector Assembled with the PersonalFit Breastshield in this kit.
• The easiest way to check if you are using the correct sized breastshield is to look at how your nipple fits into the breastshield funnel when pumping. It should move freely and easily, without rubbing on the sides. If your breastshield is too small, the nipple will rub against the sides and pumping may be painful or cause nipple soreness. If your breastshield is too large, the aerola will be pulled into the tunnel which may cause impaired milk flow, soreness and loss of suction due to air getting into tunnel.
