The Medela Harmony Breast Pump is the first and only manual pump with 2-Phase Expression technology – a dual pumping pattern that comes closer than ever to the way a baby naturally breastfeeds. The first phase, called the stimulation phase, mimics a baby’s initial rapid, shallow sucking that encourages fast let-down. The second phase, the expression phase, simulates a baby’s more relaxed, deeper sucking that promotes efficient milk removal.

• Teats are available separately if required: Medela Teats (2pk) and Cherub Baby Teats (2pk)
• The Harmony includes two breastshield types: the traditional Personal Fit and the gently massaging Soft Fit. Try both to see which works best for you. Note the Soft Fit Breastshield is a delicate item and should be handwashed only. Cleaning or sterilising by any other method may result in damage and discolouration.
• The Bottle Cap can also be used as a breast milk collection cup to collect leaking breast milk from the other breast when single pumping or breastfeeding.
• Do not heat breastmilk in the microwave. Microwaving can destroy important nutrients in breastmilk and can heat liquids quickly and unevenly. Burns or scalding may result
