Herbs of Gold Breastfeeding Support contains Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, herbs traditionally used by breastfeeding mothers to promote lactation and increase breastmilk supply. Both herbs are some of the more commonly used galactagogues (milk stimulants) for nursing mothers experiencing low milk supply issues.

Active Ingredients:
Each capsule contains: herbal extracts equiv to dry: Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed extract 1.5g & Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb 500mg. Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
