To determine your size, use the chart below. First, select your bra band size (eg 10,12 etc) size which translates into a S, M, L or XL. Then evaluate your cup size and decide if you are a Basic, Plus or Double Plus. For example a 14D would be a M (band size) and Plus cup size. Please note that the Original Nursing Bra supports multiple cup sizes per size to ensure you have all the flexibility you need as your breasts adjust to feeding your baby. If you fall into two sizes, please choose the one that will best accommodate your expected breast fluctation.
