Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you love the products you've purchased at Nursing Angel! If you have changed your mind, Nursing Angel will gladly accept 'change of mind' returns for exchange or store credit, provided that:

  • You contact us (via the online contact form at the bottom of this page) to request the return within 14 days of order date
  • The item is received by us within 21 days of order date
  • The item is in resaleable condition including that:
    • It is unworn and in its original condition;
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    • Any tags are still attached; and
    • Packaging and contents are undamaged
  • The item is not excluded from change of mind return (see below)
  • The parcel includes a completed Returns Form
  • If requesting an exchange, a self-addressed prepaid satchel is included in the parcel
  • If applicable, free gifts received are returned in the parcel (see below)

Please note Nursing Angel reserves the right not to offer or process a change of mind return if these requirements are not satisfied. This change of mind returns policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Postage:

The customer is responsible for postage costs of returns, including supplying a self-address pre-paid satchel for exchanges. We highly recommend using Registered Post as Nursing Angel cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. Please keep a hand written record of your Registered Post label number(s) for tracking purposes and in the rare event a claim arises. Package return items carefully and appropriately when posting to us. Original postage costs are not refundable. Where an item is returned from an order that received free shipping, the standard flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the return if a store credit has been requested. 

Items excluded from change of mind return:

Nursing Angel will not accept change of mind returns for the following items, irrespective of whether in original condition or if other requirements of change of mind returns are met. Please contact us before purchasing these items if you have any questions.

  • Items sold at 40% off RRP or more
  • Custom ordered items
  • Books, CDs and DVDs
  • Gift certificates
  • Free gift items
  • Human consumption items (eg teas, herbal remedies and other items that are designed to be consumed orally)
  • Personal use items (eg breast pumps, bottles and other items that are designed to come into contact with human skin and/or human bodily fluids)
  • Any items listed as being excluded from change of mind returns in the product description

Free gifts:

Some items or order values qualify for free gifts which are conditional upon retention of the item purchased or a particular order value. If you are no longer eligible for the free gifts, please return in resaleable condition with your parcel. The recommended retail price (RRP) of gifts will be deducted from the store credit if not received with the return parcel in resaleable condition. For exchanges, there is no need to return free gift(s) unless exchanging for a different item that does not qualify for the offer.

Returns Form:

Once you have contacted us (via the online contact form at the bottom of this page) with your returns request and it satisfies requirements, we will email you  a Returns Form to complete and include with your parcel.

Processing:

Your change of mind return will be processed within three business days after receipt:

  • Exchanges are posted to you in the self-addressed pre-paid satchel you have provided. We don't send email notification of exchange postages so please keep a record of your exchange satchel tracking number.
  • Store credits are issued directly to your Nursing Angel account and are valid for six months from date of issue. The store credit is automatically applied at checkout to reduce your next order total. Store credit is issued for the product value paid less any deductions if applicable. 

If the requirements for change of mind return are not satisfied, the return will be deemed ineligible and cannot be processed. Ineligible returns are automatically sent back to the customer in their exchange satchel or upon payment of return postage cost if no satchel is provided.

Order errors:

In the event we have sent you the wrong item due to a packing error, we will cover the postage costs of having the incorrect item sent back to us and for the correct item to be sent to you.

Consumer guarantee returns:

Nursing Angel is committed to providing quality products for our customers. If you believe you have received a product from us which breaches a consumer guarantee under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, please contact us immediately with full details. We will then give you instructions on how to send the item to us for physical inspection. In most cases it will be forwarded to the manufacturer or their representative for confirmation that it has not met a consumer guarantee. Depending on the outcome, you may be entitled to refund or other remedy. 


How to Request a Change of Mind Return

Please use the online contact form below to request a change of mind return. Have copy of your order invoice handy (or sign into your account to obtain your order info). When completing the form, please use the name and email address used for your order, together with the ordernumber. In the details section, please include the following:

  1. Whether you would like an Exchange or Store Credit
  2. Details of the items(s) you wish to return
  3. Exchange items details (size/colour etc) if applicable

Once your request has been received and approved, we will email you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and Returns Form to complete and include with your parcel.
