Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, we have many customers located around the world and ship to many countries outside of Australia. To see if we can ship to your country, simply use the shipping calculator once you have an item in your shopping cart (see below).
How much is shipping to my country?
Postage costs for deliveries outside of Australia vary depending on order weight and destination.
To view shipping options and costs, click on View Cart at the top of the page or right hand column and use the shipping calculator. Enter your country, state and post/zip code: shipping options and exact costs will appear for your location. You will need to have items in your shopping cart in order to use the shipping calculator.
What are your international shipping options?
Registered Post International is our preferred method for overseas shipments. This is a more secure shipping method with delivery tracking and signature required for most destinations. Note: Delivery tracking information is generally available on your country's postal website and appears after your parcel has reached your country.
Standard Air Mail is available for some countries. This is a standard service only with no delivery tracking or signature required. Customer assumes all risks if choosing this option.
Insurance is not included but is available for optional purchase if required. Please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain an insurance quote. Although loss or damage is rare, insurance is recommended for your peace of mind as Nursing Angel cannot be held responsible, or provide replacements, for lost or damaged orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Due to the high level of internet credit card fraud, we verify each international credit card transaction with the issuing bank prior to order processing. Once bank approval has been received, your order will be shipped (generally within two business days). In some case we may request additional information from you before processing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery time varies according to destination and ultimately depends on your country’s postal service. We ship from Sydney, Australia.
Can I view prices in my currency?
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Please use one of the many online currency calculators for estimated conversion rates or contact your payment provider for more precise information.
I am located outside of Australia but want to order a gift for delivery to Australia.
This is very popular and is easy to arrange. Simply enter the gift recipient's details in the shipping address area during checkout and Australian postage rates will appear. To ensure the parcel is sent without an invoice, please write a note in the Order Instructions/Comments area at checkout that it is a gift. You can also write a gift message in this area.
What else should I know about international orders?
The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, fees or restrictions that may apply to your order. Please check if any of these apply before ordering.
All customs declarations are marked as ‘Merchandise’ with the product value paid. We are unable to mark international shipments as ‘Gifts’, understate the value of the contents or send without an invoice.
A small number of products are pre-packaged in unnecessarily heavy cardboard boxes or oversized packaging which increases shipping costs. In order to reduce shipping costs for you, we remove this packaging for international orders and this has been factored into our shipping calculator costs. If you require a product to be sent in original packaging, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
The electrical products we sell are designed for use in Australia only. Please do not purchase an electrical item if your country does not use the same power voltage and outlet unit as Australia. Do not use with non-approved power adapters, as this may pose a risk to the user and voids the warranty. Ameda and Medela breast pump warranties are required to be handled by the original retailer. Please be aware that while we are happy to handle this, you are required to pay all associated postage costs with any claim.
