How do I create a new account?
If this is your first time shopping with us, you will be prompted to create a new account when you start the checkout process. There is no need to create an account prior to checkout unless you want to use Wish Lists. Click on Create An Account at the top of the page and follow the prompts.
How do I sign in to my account or retrieve a forgotten password?
You will be automatically prompted to sign in to your account when commencing checkout, however you can sign in any time you like. Click on Sign In or My Account at the top of page to sign into your account or to retrieve a forgotten password. Please note the Nursing Angel website was upgraded in June 2011 and existing customers will need to create a new account. If you require details of orders placed prior to this date, please feel free to contact us.
How do I sign in to my account if my email address has changed?
Please sign in to your account with your previous email address that was used when creating the account. Once signed in, click on My Account Details to update your email address. In future you will now be able to sign in with your new email address.
What can I do in the My Account area?
View Order Status - See the status of every order you've placed at Nursing Angel, including whether it has been shipped, and if so the date of shipment and tracking number.
Completed Orders - See all completed orders you've placed at Nursing Angel. You can also print invoices from this page.
Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
Wish Lists - Add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase.
Your Account Details - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
Your Recent Items - See a list of items you've recently viewed at Nursing Angel.
