This website is operated and owned by Nursing Angel Pty Ltd ("Nursing Angel") (ABN 72594938668), a registered Australian company. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please check this page upon each visit to this website.
All prices displayed on and processed by this website are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Customers with non-Australian billing and shipping addresses are not required to pay GST and this amount is automatically deducted from the order total during checkout.
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Nursing Angel. Nursing Angel reserves the right to cancel any orders at its discretion, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. Orders that are cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch or by Nursing Angel due to customer error incur a cancellation fee of $5 for orders under $200 or 5% for orders of $200 and over. This is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Once orders are dispatched, orders are unable to be cancelled and our Returns Policy applies.
Payment is required before orders are dispatched. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after five business days or earlier at Nursing Angel’s discretion. Nursing Angel reserves the right to request additional information from the customer to ascertain the validity of payment information or personal details. Non-Australian credit cards are verified prior to order dispatch.
Nursing Angel uses Australia Post and couriers as its delivery carriers, and chooses the appropriate carrier based on the customer's shipping option at its discretion. A street address is required for Australian deliveries, aside from regional and remote areas which are not serviced by couriers. Delivery times (after dispatch) are estimates provided to Nursing Angel by its delivery carriers. Nursing Angel cannot accept responsibility or provide compensation for delivery carrier delays, errors, loss or damage. Insurance is not included with orders but is available for optional purchase as detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page and is recommended. Insurance is provided by the delivery carrier and all claim outcomes are decided by the carrier. Whilst Nursing Angel is happy to advise delivery carriers of customer instructions for Authority to Leave, this risk passes to the customer and the order is ineligible for any claim regardless of whether insurance has been purchased.
The customer is responsible for checking order details are correct - including products, quantities, shipping option selected, billing and shipping details - before placing an order. An order confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer confirming the details and order status. Should this not be received, customers should check their junk email and add Nursing Angel to their safe email recipient list and sign in to their account on this website to confirm the order status. Should an error be present, please contact us immediately to amend prior to dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, our Returns Policy applies. Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details are charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, charges or restrictions that may be imposed on deliveries outside of Australia. International customers should research this before purchasing.
Nursing Angel offers change of mind returns for store credit and exchange. This is in additional to consumer statutory rights. Change of mind returns are a voluntary policy offered at Nursing Angel's discretion. Nursing Angel does not offer refunds for the change of mind returns. Customers should read the Returns Policy in full prior to placing an order so they are informed of change of mind return conditions and procedures for statutory claims. Any returns that place a customers retained order at below $100 for which Nursing Angel Pty Ltd has paid shipping in the first instance will be deducted from the credit, refund or exchange amount provided. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about products.
Nursing Angel handles warranty claims for Ameda and Medela breast pumps on behalf of its customers. It is a requirement that Nursing Angel physically test the complete pump - and in some instances send to the pump company for additional testing - to confirm if a warranty fault is present. Replacement pumps or parts are unable to be issued prior to this. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is to contact Nursing Angel to arrange an appointment time to drop off their complete pump and parts for testing at our Sydney premises. Once warranty testing has been completed and a claim outcome has been determined, Nursing Angel will contact the customer by email to arrange a pick-up time for the collection of the approved warranty replacement or their original pump. In the event the customer is unable to pick up from our Sydney premises, the customer is to arrange the return postage. Please note Ameda and Medela do not cover postage costs related to warranty claims. As a result, Nursing Angel does not cover these postage costs unless the customer has purchased the pump at the recommended retail price (RRP). Customers must be aware all Breast Pump manufacturers only place a warranty on the motor component. None of the plastic or rubber parts are covered by warranty.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and monitoring of their Nursing Angel account, including password security and account activity. The customer accepts full responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under their account.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices for products, services and other charges displayed on this website. In the event that a price for a product, service or charge is incorrect due to a typographical error, Nursing Angel reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order or amend the incorrect price and request additional payment before processing your order, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. A refund (less cancellation fees as above) will be issued for orders where additional payment is not received.

ADDITIONAL - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PUMP HIRE:
Ameda and Medela hospital grade breast pumps are available for hire through Nursing Angel. By hiring a pump, customers have acknowledged and agreed to the following additional terms and conditions.
Pumps are hired on a monthly basis, commencing on order date and ending on the last day of the hire period. The monthly hire period is defined as a full calendar month (eg 6th of one month to the 6th of the following month). Pumps are to be returned and received by us on the last day of the hire period (or the next business day if this is a weekend or public holiday). Extensions recommence on the last day of the hire period (eg 6th of one month to the 6th of the following month).
Pump hire is available by credit card only. Card is to be in the name of the customer, with an expiry date of more than three months from order date. Monthly hire extension fees are automatically charged to the customer's credit card until the pump has been returned.
A $250 deposit is charged when initially hiring a pump. This is refundable once the pump has been returned and received by Nursing Angel in undamaged, working and complete condition, less any deductions outlined below if applicable.
A cleaning fee of $20 applies if the pump is not returned in a clean condition. Cleaning Instructions are provided to the customer with the hire pump. This fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
A packaging fee of $40 applies if the pump is not returned in the original box and Stryofoam packing materials as received. This fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
The customer is liable for the replacement, repair and/or service costs of the pump and/or parts if damaged, not working, lost or stolen. These cost are automatically deducted from the refund amount. In the event that the costs are greater, the balance will automatically be charged to the customer's credit card. Should the charge be declined, the customer is to provide full payment within seven days.
Hire pumps are to be used and cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions. An approved manufacturer’s pump kit is required to be used with hire pumps to ensure baby safety and correct operation. This must be purchased through Nursing Angel at the time of initially hiring the pump.
Online ordering is available for delivery to Sydney metro street addresses only via courierand a signature is required for delivery. We use reputable courier companies for delivery, however cannot accept responsibility or provide reimbursement for courier delivery delays or errors.
Customers are welcome to pick-up from our Sydney warehouse by pre-arrangement only. In the event a customer wishes to pick-up an online order, the delivery cost is non-refundable.
Should the pump not be returned and received by us within 14 days after the end of the hire period and all reasonable attempts by us to contact the customer have failed, the pump will be deemed as stolen and full replacement cost charged to the customer's credit card. In the event the payment is declined, the account will be placed in the hands of a debt collection agency and police report lodged.
Nursing Angel is not responsible or liable for any injury or damages arising from or relating to hire pumps or pump kits. All items are hired or sold for the intended purpose specified, in accordance with manufacturer usage guidelines and instructions.
