Nursing Angel Tips:

• The Freestyle includes two breastshield types: the traditional Personal Fit and the gently massaging Soft Fit. Use one and keep the other as a spare. Both are the standard 24mm size. Note: The Soft Fit Breastshield is a delicate item and should be handwashed only. Cleaning or sterilising by any other method may result in damage and discolouration.
• The Bottle Cap is used to cover a teat (optional). It can also be used as a breast milk collection cup to collect leaking breast milk from the other breast when single pumping.
• Use the Teat Insert Lid with Disc when storing breast milk. Remove the Disc to insert a teat (optional).
• Never reheat breast milk in the microwave. This can change breast milk composition  and cause burning due to hot spots.
