Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns (Exchanges & Store Credits)
If you would like to return an item to exchange it for a different size/colour or have simply decided it is not right for you, we will gladly accept ‘change of mind’ returns and offer you an exchange or store credit. Items must be received by us in original condition (new, unused and undamaged with packaging, parts and tags intact). Please note: We are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ returns for clearance items, custom orders, breast pumps, feeding accessories and other personal use items.

Faulty Items & Other Error Returns
In the rare event you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense. Once we have received the item and confirmed the fault, we will offer you the choice of a replacement, store credit note or refund. Your statutory rights also allow you to request a return if you receive items that are not of merchantable quality, significantly different from offered or unfit for their intended purpose.

How to Arrange a Return

  • Please contact us by email within 10 days of parcel receipt (or in the case of a faulty item, as soon as possible after delivery). Include your name, order date and item details. If requesting an exchange, please include the exchange size/colour so stock can be held.
  • We will then email you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and Returns Form to include with your parcel. The RAN is valid for 10 days from date of issue.
  • Package your item carefully and include the completed Returns Form, invoice copy and any other applicable items with your parcel. Please read Additional Returns Information below.
  • Once the item is received by us and assessed, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Additional Returns Information

  • Return Authorisation Number (RAN): This is required for all return parcels. Please contact us to obtain one prior to posting your parcel to us. Once issued, a RAN is valid for 10 days. Please ensure your parcel arrives within this time.
  • Processing Time: We aim to process all returns within four business days of parcel receipt. If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Original Condition: Items must be received by us in original condition (new, unused and undamaged with packaging, parts and tags intact). Please package your return item carefully, using appropriate packaging and newpaper to stop movement in transit. Items not received in original condition are ineligible for return.  
  • Postage Costs: The customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with ‘change of mind’ returns. Nursing Angel will cover the postage costs for confirmed faulty items and other confirmed errors. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable postage such as Registered Post for all returns parcels and exchange satchels as we cannot accept liability or responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Registered Post labels can be used with Australia Post parcels and Parcel Post satchels. Original order postage costs are non-refundable as these have been paid to the delivery carrier.
  • Sending your Parcel: Once you have received a RAN, please package return items carefully and include the completed Returns Form, invoice copy, a prepaid self addressed satchel for any exchanges and any other applicable items with your parcel. Please post to us at the address on the Return Forms. If we have supplied you with prepaid postage for faulty items or other errors, please lodge in person at the post office and get the parcel scanned.
  • Bonus Gifts: Some items or order values qualify for free bonus gifts which are conditional upon retention of item purchased or a particular order value. Except in the case of exchanges or replacements, please include bonus gifts with your return parcel. You are welcome to keep them, however they are charged at RRP if not included in your return parcel or not received in original condition.
  • Exchanges: ‘Change of mind’ exchanges are available for items of the same value. If the requested exchange item is unavailable or is of a different value, a store credit note will be issued.
  • Store Credit Notes: Store credit is issued for the product value paid and is emailed to the customer in the form of a Nursing Angel gift certificate. This is valid for six months and can be used towards any store purchases.
  • Ineligible Returns: If a return is received where the RAN has expired, the item is not in original condition, has no fault, has evidence of tampering or does not meet other requirements for return, the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to them and for any prepaid postage supplied by us.
  • Loss or Damage in Transit: Nursing Angel cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
