We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund subject to the conditions below.

Customers are to contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number prior to posting items.

Items must be returned in original condition: new & unused in the original packaging with tags attached.

Parcels are to be received by us within 14 days of order shipping date.

> The postage costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


> Some items are unable to be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are: on clearance, marked as final sale only, for human consumption or personal use (eg teas, breast pumps, bottles) and custom orders.

> Items not in original condition, received after 14 days of shipping date or ineligible for return or exchange will be returned at the customer's expense.

> Refunds are paid to the same payment method used for purchase, for the item purchase price paid less any discount coupons, vouchers and other deductions if applicable. Postage is not refundable. If the customer received free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. If the customer received free gifts with order that are not returned, the recommended retail price of the items will be deducted from the refund amount.

 
How to arrange a return or exchange:

1. Please contact us via the Online Enquiry Form to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (include full name, order date & item details).

2. 
Once you have received a Return Authorisation Number, please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form to include with your parcel.

3. For exchanges, please include a prepaid self addressed Australia Post satchel with your parcel (for large or fragile items, we’ll advise you of alternative exchange postage arrangements).

4. Post to your items, together with the Returns & Exchange From and exchange satchel if applicable, to: Nursing Angel, PO Box 573, West Ryde NSW 2114

To avoid damage, we urge you to wrap items carefully and use appropriate packaging. We suggest using the same packaging your item was sent in. If an item is received in an unsaleable condition, it cannot be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We highly recommend using Registered Post for all returns & exchanges. This provides tracking and insurance for loss or damage. Registered Post labels can be used with Parcel Post satchels. We cannot be responsible for parcels that arrive in a damaged condition or are lost in transit. All claims must be made by the customer directly with their delivery carrier.
