We strive to offer our customers an affordable and efficient delivery service. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking number on the day your order is shipped, so you'll know it's on the way! Full postage & delivery information is below; if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Postage Cost
Two flat rate postage options are available for Australia:
$6.95 Standard Delivery – Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post or road couriers. A parcel tracking number is included. Standard delivery transit times apply.
$9.95 Express Delivery – Same business day shipping for orders received by 11:00am EST (or next business day shipping for orders received after 11:00am EST, on weekends or NSW public holidays) via express couriers or Express Post. A parcel tracking number is included. Fast delivery transit times of 1-2 business days if within our express delivery zones (click here to check your postcode).

| We ship from Sydney NSW. Delivery transits times are estimates provided by our delivery carriers and the majority of parcels arrive within these times. Please allow additional time for remote areas as per Australia Post regular parcel guidelines. |
Delivery Address
Please use a street address wherever possible. You can use a PO Box but keep in mind that your order can only be sent via Australia Post services as as couriers can't deliver to post office boxes.
Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave
If you have any delivery instructions or wish to give Authority to Leave your parcel if you are not home, please write clear details in the messages section at checkout. We are happy to follow any instructions from you, however please note this is at your own risk and we can’t guarantee delivery carriers will follow them (particularly with leaving parcels in plain sight at the front door: please specify a safe, out-of-sight location if possible). If you don't think you'll be home for delivery, we recommend using a shipping address where you know someone will be able to accept your parcel (eg partner’s work, parent’s place).
Insurance
In order to keep postage costs low for our customers, insurance for loss or damage in transit is not automatically included with orders. However we do have optional insurance available at a subsidised price. Please click here if you wish to purchase insurance for your order.
Oversize Surcharge
Orders over five cubic kilos may incur an oversize postage surcharge. In the rare instance this applies, you will be emailed prior to order processing and given the option of paying the surcharge or cancelling/changing your order. The surcharge is not automatically calculated at checkout as we try to avoid charging it wherever possible.
Shipping Confirmation
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your parcel tracking number on the day your order is shipped, so you'll know it's on the way. To calculate when your parcel should arrive after it has been shipped, please refer to the delivery transit times above. Please add Nursing Angel to your email address book to ensure you receive our emails.
Not Home for Delivery
A signature or person-to-person delivery is required for all parcels (unless Authority to Leave has been given, see above). If you are not home for delivery, the driver will leave a calling card in your mail box or at the front door, with instructions to pick up your parcel at the post office or to ring the courier for re-delivery. Please respond promptly to calling cards to avoid your parcel potentially being returned to sender. If you haven’t received a calling card and your parcel is overdue, please track your parcel.
Parcel Tracking
If your parcel has not arrived as expected, please check your shipping confirmation email for your parcel tracking number and the link for tracking your parcel. You can also obtain this information by logging into your member’s account in the top right hand of this website. The most common reasons for parcels not arriving as expected are due to an unexpected delivery transit delay, a misplaced delivery calling card or an error with calculating delivery transit time (it’s from the date an order is shipped, not the date of order placement). If you are unable to track your parcel online and you’ve allowed an extra day in case of unexpected transit delays, please contact us for further assistance.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Thankfully it is very rare for a parcel to be lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is not automatically included with orders but is available for optional purchase. If you purchased insurance and wish to make a claim, please contact us for assistance.
All claims for uninsured parcels are to made directly with the delivery carrier. Once a parcel is handed to our delivery carrier it is out of our control and the responsibility passes to the carrier and/or receiver. We package orders carefully to avoid damage in transit under normal circumstances and inspect all items to ensure they are in mint condition. A parcel tracking number is included, with signature or person-to-person required, to help minimise potential loss in transit or misdelivery.
Return to Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (eg. due to incorrect address details supplied to us, failure to respond to delivery calling cards etc), we will re-deliver for an additional postage and handling fee of $9.95 or actual postage cost if greater than this amount.
Warehouse Pick Up
Breast pumps, special needs feeding items and orders over $150 can be collected from our Sydney warehouse by prior arrangement only. Please call us to place your order over the phone so that the postage cost isn't applied to your order. If you have already placed an online order and wish to pick up from us, a store credit note for the postage value will be emailed to you. If you require a product urgently and are not in Sydney, please choose Express Shipping for fast order processing and delivery transit time..
