Payment methods accepted
We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Credit card payments are processed using 128 bit SSL encryption, the industry standard security technology for safe internet transactions.
Currency & GST
All prices and charges displayed on our website are in Australian dollars. Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in the prices displayed. International customers shipping outside of Australia are not required to pay GST: this amount is automatically deducted during checkout.
Lay-by service
Nursing Angel is pleased to offer its customers an eight week lay-by service. Simply place your order online and select “Lay By” as the payment method. Please read the terms and conditions below before choosing to lay-by your order.
Lay-By Terms & Conditions:
- Lay-by service is available for a period of eight weeks.
- A deposit of 10% of total order value (or $30 for orders under $300) is required to commence a lay-by. Deposit must be received within three business days or order will be cancelled.
- Payments are accepted using direct bank deposit only. Lay-by payments are required to be made at least every 21 days throughout the lay-by period.
- Please email us after each payment. When payment is received, you will receive an email confirming payment receipt and lay-by balance due.
- All goods remain the property of Nursing Angel until final payment has been received, at which time they will be delivered to the customer. Individual items cannot be separated from a lay-by.
- Changes to goods included in lay-bys are not permitted. If you wish to add goods to your order, a separate lay-by is required. Please contact us to arrange.
- Lay-by will be forfeited if customer cancels, fails to make payments and/or does not finalise within the lay-by period. The deposit will be considered the cancellation fee and the customer will forfeit that amount.
