All prices displayed on and processed by this website are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Nursing Angel. Nursing Angel reserves the right to cancel any orders at its discretion, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. Credit card orders cancelled prior to dispatch are charged a cancellation fee of $5 for orders under $200 or 4% for orders over $200 to cover the cost of transaction fees. Once orders are shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies as outlined in the Help section on this website.

Payment is required before orders are processed. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after five business days or earlier at Nursing Angel’s discretion. Nursing Angel reserves the right to request additional information from the customer to ascertain the validity of payment information or personal details.

Delivery transit times are guidelines provided to Nursing Angel by its delivery carriers. Nursing Angel cannot be responsible or provide compensation for delivery transit delays, delivery carrier errors, loss or damage in transit. Insurance for loss or damage is not included with orders but is available for optional purchase. Insurance is provided by the delivery carrier and all claim outcomes are at their discretion. Orders left with Authority to Leave are ineligible for any claims regardless of whether insurance has been purchased. 
 
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, charges or restrictions that may be imposed on orders. International customers should research these costs before purchasing.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and monitoring of their Nursing Angel account, including password security and account activity. The customer accepts full responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under their account.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices for products, services and other charges displayed on this website. In the event that a price for a product, service or charge is incorrect due to a typographical error, Nursing Angel reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order or amend the incorrect price and request additional payment before processing your order, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. A refund will be issued for orders where additional payment is not received.

ADDITIONAL - PUMP HIRE

By hiring a pump from Nursing Angel, you agree to the additional terms and conditions below.

Minimum hire period is four weeks (28 days), and in weekly (7 day) or four weekly (28 day) periods thereafter. The hire period commences on the date of shipment or collection, and ends on the last day of the prepaid hire period.

A $200 deposit is included in the hire cost. This is refundable once the pump has been returned to us in undamaged, working and complete condition, less any deductions if applicable.

Hire pumps are to be used and cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions. An approved manufacturer’s pump kit is required to be used with hire pumps to ensure baby safety and correct operation. Please contact us if you require additional assistance with operating the pump. For specific questions about pumping and individual circumstance, please contact your health care professional or lactation consultant.

Online delivery costs are for Sydney Metro street addresses only. Additional costs apply for other locations; please contact us for a quote and to place a phone order. Delivery for Sydney Metro is by courier and a signature is required. The delivery cost of online orders is not refundable, however should the customer wish to collect their pump in person they will gain an additional day's usage in lieu of transit time.

Towards the end of the hire period, the customer will contacted by email to see if they wish to extend the hire period or to arrange for the pump to be returned. Please look out for this email and if it has not been received due to spam filters or accidently deleted, please contact us before the end of the hire period. Pumps are due for return on the last day of the hire period, either by dropping off at our Sydney warehouse by pre-arrangement or by courier delivery. Customers are welcome to arrange their own courier to return the pump or one can be arranged by us for a nominal fee. 
 
Payment for pump hire is accepted by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) only. Card is to be in the name of the customer, with an expiry date of more than three months from order date. Prepayment is required for pump hire period and is non-refundable should the pump be returned early. A $200 refundable deposit is charged at the time of initial hire. This is refunded once the pump has been returned in clean, working, undamaged and complete condition, less any costs below if applicable. Should the costs exceed the refund amount, the customer is liable for payment and gives explicit authority to charge their credit card for the amount or to make payment within 14 days.

A cleaning fee of $20 is charged for pumps that are not returned in a clean condition.

A packaging fee of $40 is charged if the pump is not returned in the original box and Stryofoam packing materials as received.

The customer is liable for the replacement cost of pump or parts that are lost, damaged or stolen. Should the pump not be returned in proper working condition, the customer is responsible for the cost of service, repair and/or replacement of the pump.
 
Pumps not returned to our warehouse on the last day of the hire period are charged a minimum of one week hire fee for each week or part thereof until the pump is returned.

Should the pump not be returned after 14 days from the end of the hire period and all reasonable attempts to contact the customer have failed, the pump will be deemed as stolen.

Nursing Angel is not responsible or liable for any injury or damages arising from or relating to hire pumps or pump kits. All items are hired or sold for the intended purpose specified, in accordance with manufacturer usage guidelines and instructions.
